1. Data controller

2. Purpose of processing

We collect your data (first name, last name, phone and email) to manage your founding member registration and notify you of the centre's opening and the activation of your special rate.

3. Legal basis

Your explicit consent (article 6.1.a of EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box on the form.

4. Retention

We keep your data until you withdraw consent, or for a maximum of 24 months from registration if you don't sign up as a member.

5. Recipients

Your data is stored in a spreadsheet hosted on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google acts as data processor under the standard data protection agreement. We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by writing to Ferahybridtraining@gmail.com. If you believe processing does not comply with regulations, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools requiring additional consent. We only record the information you provide in the form and basic technical data (user-agent, date) for security and spam prevention purposes.
