FERA Method is the foundation: a complete hybrid functional session that combines strength, endurance and functional work to train across the board.

From there, you can sharpen specific capacities with dedicated strength, cardio, lower body or hybrid race prep sessions like HYROX.

Whatever you train, you'll always be within the FERA Method.

    A thought-through, structured session that combines strength, endurance and functional work to improve your all-round fitness. It's the pillar of the FERA Method: complete, balanced training with purpose.

  • Strength

    Strength, technique and progression.

    Sessions focused on building a solid strength base through movement patterns, control, technique and load progression.

  • Cardio

    Endurance, engine and capacity for effort.

    Sessions designed to improve your cardiovascular capacity, your endurance and your tolerance to efforts of varying intensity.

  • Peach

    Lower body, stability and power.

    Dedicated leg and glute work to strengthen a key part of hybrid functional training.

  • HYROX Preparation

    Dedicated preparation for hybrid races.

    HYROX is the most prominent hybrid race in the world. At FERA, as an official HYROX centre, we train the real demands of this format: running, functional stations, strength-endurance, transitions and strategy.

How to choose your class

You don't have to know what to pick from day one.

Our team will help you combine sessions based on your goal, your level, your availability and the programming block we're working through.

You can train across the board with FERA Method, build strength, improve cardio, work your lower body or prepare for a hybrid race like HYROX.

30-minute sessions

Efficiency without losing the method.

There are days when you have less time, but that doesn't mean giving up training well.

FERA's 30-minute sessions are designed to deliver a complete, intense and structured workout in a more efficient format.

They keep the most important part of the method: intention, quality, coaching and progression.
