HYROX has become the world's leading hybrid race: a format that combines running, functional stations, strength, endurance and strategy.
At FERA we're an official HYROX centre, which lets us offer dedicated prep within a serious, structured and results-driven programme.
Training HYROX at FERA means working with sessions designed to improve your running, your strength-endurance, your transitions and your ability to sustain the effort from start to finish.

Alba · The origin of FERA
FERA comes from a deeply personal way of understanding sport.
Alba is the origin and the soul of FERA.
Her vision comes from seeing sport as a tool to build discipline, confidence, mental strength and connection with others.
After years in the corporate world, she decided to make a complete change to dedicate herself to what sport had always given her: health, energy, purpose and community.
She has lived hybrid training from the inside, competing at a high level and qualifying in the women's individual Pro category for the HYROX World Championship in Chicago.
Passionate about learning and with a calling to teach, she connects with people, listens to their needs and understands that every goal has a story behind it.
David · Technical direction
Technical direction with experience and method.
David brings FERA the technical direction that turns the project's vision into a solid, coherent programme built for progress.
His experience as a coach and head coach, alongside his work in CrossFit programming and dedicated HYROX prep, lets him design sessions with structure, intention and progression.
Before dedicating himself to training, he started out as a data analyst. That analytical eye, paired with his passion for sport, defines the way he works: understand, adapt and support.
